Why .net form designer trying to download a temp file on error ?

Hi all,
We are devoloping the application using VS.net 2005 and Source safe.
Our problem is that the designer is frequently failing to load the fom,
but when we reloading it is working, more over when the designer be failed
then it is trying to download a file of type "tmp_auto_file".

Is this becouse of any setting changes in Visual Studeo ?

Please help if anyone knows.

From what I read about that, its got to do with file associations
