save a image generated from the win form to the IIS server

Hi.. I am new to .net and need help in saving an image generated at the client application using the win form to the IIS (eg. localhost/wwwroot/....) to a desired virtual folder..

Basically the client application is window application and uses WCF to access the database and the web server...

please help with the code or any forum where I can get some information How to perform the above..

Need it to be done urgently...
