Sql server 2005 express installation + process exited with code 1706

have anyone solved the problem:


sql server 2005 express installation + process exited with code 1706
"The end point format is invalid"

while installing sql server 2005 as prerequisites. i m trying to solve problems while installing project with prerequisites Sql server 2005 express. but most of time the installation stops at the sqls server installation.

i have searched google with this problem more than 1000 times and have carefully read each post related with is problem but in each forum there was only discussion about problem not the solution.. i m tired of posting same question again and again. but i have no other option . so please dont post any vague answer.
