change Vista basic 32x to windows proffetiona 64x

I have bought a hp pavilion notebook dv5-1106ax . it has windows vista but i
want to change it to Xp 64x .
does it possible?

It looks like the hardware should suppoer a 64 bit OS, but only if 64 bit
drivers are available for all the hardware. Check HP support web site to see
if drivers are available for *all* devices, including those boilt into the
motherboard.
