Hi all,

I migrated to VS2008, and I cannot find a way to get Recent Projects in File
menu.
I tried to customize the menu, but no success.
Any ideas ?

Pawel

Thank for the hint, but it did not work :(

Still no "Recent projects" or anything like this.
I have to mention, this is a fresh installation, and I did not remove any
menu item.
How come it's not included in the default File menu content ?!?!

Any clue how to do it ?
I am tired of browsing through my file system every time I am loading
another project .

Anybody ???

Regards
Pawel

No. I don't
In File menu I have only:
New

Add
Close
Close Solution
Save ...
Save... As
Advanced Save Options
Save All
Export Template
Page Setup
Print
Exit

Any clue ?

Did you configure Windows to hide the Recent files list? If so, that
makes most apps not show their own Recent list.

Thanks a lot, I got it now.
I did not realize, that it could be the system setting.
My system was preconfigured, and I did not change that setting, but I
changed it back now, and it helped.

Thanks again :)

Well you learn something new every day, I had no idea that
setting affected apps too.
