Gridview Delete Not Working and no Error

ASP.net 2 ,,,i have a gridview using sqldatasource,,,, when i click on delete the page just refreshe and the records never get deleted ,,,

Is there any way to figure out what's going on and how to fix it?

I'd start with the sql and work backwards.
