is it possible 2 save master table in xml format on client side in memory not on disk

Hi. i have master table on server, which i am storing in xml file at client side. but it is being stored on hard disk, which i don't want. is dere any way to store it in xml format in memory, not on disk.dis should be deleted wen application stops. i am using asp.net2.0(c#).
