Crystal Reports-VB .Net Standard - SQL

Will Crystal Reports run in Visual Basic .Net Standard version using SQL
Database tables and if so what are the VB .Net statements to connect Crystal
Reports to the SQL Database tables.

TIA - Question for programmer without Internet access.

The standard version does not come with any support for Crystal reports.
