You could check out my MySQL Basic Tutorial. Might help you get started.
And if you don't like that one, there are plenty of alternatives available via Google.

The Reference Manual is also a very useful resource. It contains information about everything related to MySQL. If you don't already, you should definitely have that bookmarked.

Otherwise, if you have anything more specific you need help with, let us know.
