MYSQL instance Config Error

Hi all,
I have downloaded and try to install MYSQL 5.0.37 from MYSQL.Com. After Intalling its started the MYSQl Instance
config.It gives the me the following error during the final stage

Cannot Create Windows service for MYSQL Error:0

How to solve this problem
