I am new to windows mobile Application, now I want to develop "SIP Dial"

I dont have knowledge about this,so please anyone suggest to me..

I having ww5.0 packet pc,visual studio2005,developing software win32 C++

yes I need dialer screen for internet telephone,

please give the basic requirements to developing the "SIP Dial"

because am new to this ,I having 0% of knowledge about this...
