C# Smartphone VS2005 -- Changing the company name?

How do you change the company name so when the user does something like, for example, try to uninstall the program, it says:

My Company Name Here -- My Program Name Here

rather than

Hewlett-Packard -- My Program Name Here

I think this has something to do with the project settings that you set in VS2005. If you are building a cab file you can also set this information in the metadata for that cab. I'm not to clear on the specifics.
