Split post in Blogspot

I need help from some one who know about posting in blogspot.

Actually i am trying to make my blog on blogspot , every thing goes fine except that when i add a post to my blog all of my post is shown in the main page , I want that only first paragraph OR few sentence will be appear on main page and the rest will be shown when user click on it.

Hope you understand what i mean. For your ease i am giving my blog address , see this which give you idea how the post is currently showing , i want to show only few sentence on main page and not complete post. Please guide me how to do this.
