How to include external file in fck editor

I wan to include external file in fck editor , pls tell me how can i do so .....

What sort of file would that be? An image? If so, use the button "Insert/Edit Image" (looks like a picture of a landscape), click on "Browse Server" and then at the bottom of the screen you'll have "Upload a new file in this folder". That's it.

Actually i want to integrate custom css . I want all css styles from my css should come in css drop down list and should be applied if i choose them.

Hm, good question. I don't use it myself, so I can't really help. The only way that is certain to work is to edit the file manually (i.e. with an editor like notepad) and add the css file there.
