Does anybody know how to convert character-delimited data to Common Personalization Specification (CPS) format for EMV chip personalization? I will appreciate any help on how to do this. Thanks

I'm not sure where this belongs, but I don't think it's here...

Give more details of what you are trying to do...
What is the format of the input - you said character delimited, is this a .csv file or something similar?
I'm not familiar with CPS format, I guess I could look it up, but do you just need to save the same data in a different ofrmat, or is there significant manipulation and logic needed?
