How to get Date and Time of clients timezone around the world???

Hi,

I want to find out PHP codes / Javascript to find out local date and time of our clients who is spread across the world.

I would like to find out following using Javascript.

Who is the Internet Service Provider of my client
Then Internet Service Providers Server date and time
Which is to be displayed in the following format.

Friday, 6 November, 2009 - 4:12:49 PM

Kindly help with necessary codes.

This won't be possible with JavaScript, but you can perhaps use server-side code to get this information.
