innova editor aborts operation when replacing

hi every 1 i have a site in which i have embeded the innova editor i am using it on several pages but at only one place it is acting abnormally when it replaces the textarea with the editor (THIS ONLY HAPPENS IN INTERNET EXPLORER 6.1)
i donot know i have been looking at it from several hours that what could be the thing that makes it react abnormally ant the error message is given as
"Internet explorer cannont open the internet site http://208.131.146.41/edit-flie-detail-37-BlackMaria.html" and then it gives page cannot be displayed

then go to your profile page and then click edit flies and then when page loads click on the name of any flie to edit it
then it gives you the error
any suggestions

i found it , it was having a conflict with the lightbox
