Reading DataTable in javascript

i want to read DataTable values in javascript & want to bind listbox using DataSource & DataBind is it possible in javascript because i want to use ajax concepts for my project

These seem like ASP.NET terms/objects. If it's an ASP.NET project, you'd probably get better help in the ASP.NET forum. If it's specifically JavaScript-related, post your code.
