Styling the FILE INPUT

Hello hello! Has anyone ever used JavaScript to change the text inside
the file input's "Browse..." button? Perhaps even to add some padding
inside it, or some margin around it?

search in google. there is some alternative methods. but you cannot
change the text (i think), because of the security considerations.

Lets see... There is this search engine... "Google" I think. Lets try...
"style file input" - whoops! 385.000 hits. Now that ain't bad. And
already the first one describes everything in detail.
