problem with floating animation

Hello,

I am trying to make a div scroll with the page.

I am using scriptaculous.

I am calculating the scroll position and then feeding that as a Y
coordinate to the Effect.Move.

It works, but it gets jerky when landing in position, and its really
annoying.

Is there a better way to achieve this? Am i missing something.
