load new page with a blur effect

i have developed one page in a html.. in that i have 4 button links.. If i click one of that button... i want to be new page loading with a blur effect... after that only i want that content to load...... It is possible to do that using a java script...?

of course ... it is possible. you may search the web for javascript transition scripts ... a good library for this is mootools or similar frameworks ... that you may easily use for this job ...
