how to get the uneditable(greyed/disabled) data retrieved from database along with newly updated data in textfield in jsp??

I assume you mean you want to retrieve the data that you have on a page using Javascript. Please provide more details including whatever relevant code you have so far. If this is retrieving data in JSP, I'll move this to the Java forum where you are more likely to get help.
