maximize window

hello,
is it possible i javascrip to maksimize window, which was minimized before.
For instance: user read information, minimized window html, after page
automatic actualization, window should maximize hiself. Thx

I, the user, must have minimized the browser window for a reason.

Thx, ok, I understund, I schould it make from level of other application.
Probably it is possible i BV or in C, isn't it?
