This Javascript file appears and disappears at will!

Go to http://www3.brinkster.com/soa/js/val_header.js

And it will appear

And refresh your browser

And then you get a 404 File not Found

hit your back browser button and go forward and it reappears!

Can someone possibly explain why this bizarre behavior occurs??

Works fine for me--
didn't download it, but it came up with the warning box each time

Last mile bandwidth probably (your connection / ISP?)

using firefox... 404 every time...

Could you please explain what "last mile bandwidth" means? I'm not
familiar with that term.
