net salary of an employee by finding the income tax

employee should pay income tax if monthly gross salary is more than Rs10000 and percentage of income tax consider as 20% of gross salary.
display employee id , basic salary, allowances, gross pay, income tax, net pay

employee id as 1001
basic salary as rs 15000
allowance rs 6000
