how to access linux machine(using telenet) file system..using java(running in windows

hi every one
m new to this java world....and i got task to solve but i don't know how to do that........please anyone help me...
i need to access linux machine file system in windows through java API.....my linux machine support telenet
pls help me..give me one simple sample code or any link from where i can get the idea how to do that.....pls help me out.
