The month of date cannot be displayed properly in java selection list

When I use GotFree Cards (http://www.got-free-ecards.com) to send free e-cards, I come across a problem when selecting the future date for sending the card.

The webpage uses JavaScript and the date for sending the e-card can be chosen by the user in a drop-down selection list. However, the month of date cannot not be displayed properly (i.e. showing 24-???-2010). I am using Window XP Professional SP3 and the problem still persists after I tried different browsers including IE8, Google Chrome & Firefox 3.6.12. I have also tried setting the date format in Windows regional setting. However, it still doesn’t work. My friends who are using Vista also encounter the same problem.

Does anyone have a cue on this? Is it a JavaScript programming problem? Can I do anything on the client side (e.g. changing the browser or Windows settings) to make the date display properly.

Thanks a million for your help.

Best regards

Alex
