converting byte stream into b/w image

i have a text file which has a byte stream as follows -

0B00000000
0B01010101
0B00100100

and so on . the ' 0B ' are the starting bits and then each '0' or '1' stands for one pixel and a sing color , say 0 for black and 1 for white .

now 64 such " 0B00000000 " readings stands for one frame that is the frame is of 512 pixel .

please help me out i cant understand where to start .

OK, so you want to display this animation I guess? In that case you'll need something to display it on, so either you're using an applet or a standalone application and depending on that, you have to choose what to display it with. Then you have to set these pixels in the right spot with the right colour. And then you have to overwrite it for every frame, so you'll have to add a time gap in between. All in all, it's quite a few steps, but I hope I've given you a brief overview of what to do.

If you have further questions, please feel free to post them here!

Have a look at the BufferedImage and the ImageIO class. They should help you solve this task.
