Limit IIS Binding

I am running IIS and XAMPP on a Windows 2008 (x64) server. I have 16 ip's and I would like to seperate the 2 servers to different ip's rather than change the port. The problem is that IIS, even though I have it set to bind specifically to one ip and port 80 still canvases all of the ip's. Is there any way to rectify this?
