IIS 5.1 - Website hosting problem

Hi, I'm very new to this.

I used VS2008 to publish my website to http://localhost

The problem is that I can view the page when I open http://localhost
but when I try to view the page via http://192.168.0.1 it doesn't work.

Please take note I am very new to this, and I did a lot of research on this, and found no solution.

I can't view this web page from any other computer on my network either.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

This is the error I get.

The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.


And after making authentication in the config to None, I get this error

Action canceled
Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable.

The port is open.

Is this the IP you get when you run ipconfig? Which port have you opened and what is your platform? Is the IP address in IIS for the default website (needs to be fixed IP)?
