HEEEELP!!!! what is IIS primary password and user?

In winXP sp3 I got this window asking for username and password after running 127.0.0.1
and I have no idea what to write there please HEEEEELP!!!!!!!

Its probably the authentication setting. Please remove "HEEEEELP!!!!!!! " from you post. Thanks.

the primary password and user will be your windows login name & password(of administration)
