Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)

hi - im running xp sp2 and i think my IIS is running ok too, i also am running SQL 2005 on my machine and every time i try running my dynamic web page to connect to MS Acccess database i get the following error.

Error Type:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Disk or network error.
/Untitled-1.asp, line 113

i tried to correct it in possible way but the problem continues. i've changed my variables to valid folder but nothing sees to work.

all i wanna do is create a dynamic web page and connect to my database.

please help!
