emails from localhost

hi there,
i created a small email page using cdo components on my local machine and i run it from the localhost ... it is working fine and i tried to send emails to yahoo accounts and gmail and it worked ... but the problem occurs when i send to hotmail it is not going ... it gets stuck in the C:\Inetpub\mailroot\Queue folder ... what do u think is the reason?
