How to create a CSS from MS Word's HTML export function

Can I use the CSS embedded in the HTML doc created by MS Word to create a CSS for a Website? If so, what information should be retained in the CSS file (and what should be removed)?

CSS is CSS, but the code spit out by MSW is specifically for that HTML. Yes, CSS can be used for a website but as far as adding the CSS from the MSW document. It just depends.

In general I would say no. It would be more beneficial and most likely faster to learn CSS, and write it yourself.
