Hi there,
i want to make a vertical tab css navigation somewhat like
http://www.google.com/submityourcontent/index.html
(
See how it works for your industry
  • Local business
  • online commerce
  • media/publishing
)

Which should open the tag without refresh page on which we click.

Can you please let me know how to achieve this?

It can be done with JavaScript.
CSS can do it but that will only enable you to change the tab selection when you move your mouse over a button rather than clicking on a button. If you want this only, look for some 'css drop down menu' on google and change it to give it a vertical look.
