Can Someone Help Me With Myspace/CSS ?

I need to know the size of a myspace background image and how to have it fixed on the page (no scroll). My BG Pic comes out either not to the bottom of the page or if it is at the bottom of the page, then it scrolls with the page. I Know a little bit about CSS and HTML, so I'm not completely lost but I do need some help.
