3 Columns CSS Template Please!

This is what I really want to happen my page...



The current style of my page is left, right and main panel has fixed width, I encountered a problem when I enabled the bbcode, the image posted is big enought to cover the right panel. So what I want is to make the main-panel resizable.

Please help me, I'm stuck on this problem.

I'm using CSS...
