How to stop div scroll bar on click event in IE

Hi All,
This is the url with example. http://www.geocities.com/rameshv1210/test.html
In this page blur event on text box fires differently in firefox and ie.
when i click on the div scroll bar firefox is not firing blur while IE is doing that.
I need firefox functionallity in IE.How to stop the blur event in IE.Please help me.
