Launch FireFox3.x with profile but without confirmation from commandline

Do you know how? I hope it's possible.
I tried it with "...\firefox.exe" -p "my profile a" from command line,
it asked me for confirmation, which is unnecessary. Also, the -height
and -width parameter did not seem to work neither.

Sorry if this is not the right NG.
