Invoking 2 Link URLs at a Time.....

Hello all,
I want to invoke two urls at a time. One url will start file download and second url is the address for the serial page for the file being downloading. I want to open serial or crack page in new window.

Ali you have been told multiple times: You may speak about nothing to do with hacking, cracking, etc. on these forums.
