IE div images

I'm working on this site and it display correctly or as intended in
Safari and Firefox but in IE the div images is at the top of the screen
when it should have a margin-top of 150px.

Using the IE DOM Explorer I can add a margin-top 150px and the page
display correctly.

The page also display correctly in Firefox - Windows XP.
