Nasty variation of the Guillotine, any idea?

Hy;

I've got a nasty variation of the Guillotine-bug on a three-column
layout, sadly the variations of the Holly-hack I tried to apply don't
work:

http://centroamericajoven.org/estudi...icaciones.html

I have it tested on IE6 inside a VirtualPC, on Windows 98. It appears
only if the IE-Window is smaller than the center-rectangle (which when
cleared is max(left, mid, right)), the bug consists of first cutting
of the bg and border of the center around shortly before the browser-
window ends, then when hovering it's showing it's flicker-show.

My apologies for using IE8 on the page, maybe it prevents a Holly-hack
based fix.
Someone has an intuition, then a working fix?

Thanks
Niels

Not sure how to fix Guillotine in your case, but you do have one small
CSS error on line 106,

left: -1,4em;
^
comma should be a period.

Take care,
