Getting data from other sites

Hi guys,
I am not sure if this is the right forum to post this question, but here it goes:

I want to get news from other sites, like yahoo and google automatically. The news are about health news only and i would like to randomly get 4-5 news and place links on the right side of my website. Is it possibleto do that?
