Am adess, just started my bachelor degree in software engineering in Mauritius. Would like to seek help on sites that i could consult for tutorials.

When you are looking for tutorials (step by step) I suggest you to start with the W3schools site.

and once you learn that you can look at other people coding to learn as well.
That's how I learn by looking at others coding.
