I would like to make a website that download videos and charge for that ?

hellow sir,
as there is <hr> tag to draw horizontal lines in HTML, is there any ways to draw
the vertical lines as well.

I don't think you purposely meant to hijack this thread. Post your question in the forum and not as a reply.

@OP: I believe you will need a serverside language, such as PHP, to do this.
