Multiple domain names, one site, and search engine optimization

If there's a more appropriate group to ask this question, please let me
know.

I have an e-commerce site, and a few domain names I plan to use for it:
name.com, name.net, name.info, name.biz, etc.

When it comes to improving page ranking, what would be better? To keep
each one seperate and copy the site into each domain, or have the site
just on one and point the other domains to the one, OR, keep them
separate, have the site on only one, but then have a redirect under the
others to cause user browsers to change to the one domain?

Thanks for any suggestions!
Liam

In order to avoid dividing the page rank between sites, I would use a
permanent redirection.
