Updated text not saving

Hi all im a little new to flash any how, i changed the text associated with a couple of buttons on a menu i have, it seems to work fine with a playback in the program but when i export the file as a flash movie it doesn't change.

Any ideas on what i should try, thanks

p.s. im using adobe flash cs3

It seems the problem resovled itself after closing and opening the file again,
