Countdown Timer_Set Minute

Hello!
I got the trouble creating the actionscript (2.0)for countdown timer.
What I want is only displaying minute and seconds(like from 05:00, and count down)
I am a dummie in programming. I have searched for information on Internet and have been trying to modify the actionscript, but I still could not figure out by myself.
I hope someone can help me out.

Hey there,

Could you please post some code so I know what you're working with and how I can help you best? Like, I'd need to see how your code is set up before making a new code totally different. Also, if I have the question right you want basically a simple countdown to show the minutes and seconds? Are you showing more than that, or not enough?
