You need to Publish them.
Go to File to Publish Settings.
Select the Formats tab
Select Flash and HTML There should be an X mark in the box, also you can rename the file. and you can decide where you want the files to be at by clicking on the folder icon. Make sure you make a note where you placed these files at.
Next select the Flash tab. Chose your Version, normal you Compress moive so select it. Chose you Audio Stream and Audio Events normal are MP3, 16kbps, fast
Select HTML tab Select what you want? you will need to play with these settings until you get what you want.
Click the Publish button. Click OK.
Go back to File to Publish (note these file should go to your folder where your project is.)
You now can upload your files you will need to upload the .html and the .swf files
