Flash loading problems Firefox

Hi Guys

I am new to forum and nontechnical.

My site has several large flash files.
I am looking for someone who can help us solve two problems.
Willing to pay whatever normal rate is for this solution.

The problems are two fold.

1. Firefox issues with our Flash files...seem to get double images...can that be solved.

2. I believe our Flash files are to large and we need to reduce size and add a flash preloader...bottom line we would like flash to appear quickly for visitors and then while they are watching first video ahve others preload.
